Townes, in Gold (formerly Townes) is the stage name of Montreal based indie rock musician Matthew Radich. Despite being a solo act, Radich engages his audiences with the energy of a four-piece band, incorporating set pieces and a manually programmed light show into his live performances. After feeling a disconnect between his performances and recorded music, Radich has relaunched his project to deliver a more danceable and polished take on his brand of self-deprecating indie rock. Along with his headline shows, Radich has supported acts such as Holy F, Zola Jesus, and Rich Aucoin. Radich’s final project under the Townes name, 2023’s EP and short-film “Ghostwriters”, debuted to positive reception at the Fantasia International Film Festival. / Instagram Govtech is the electronic duo Gabriel Faucher and Kurt van Bendegem. House and techno live at the core of their sound, with an injection of both ambient and rock sensibilities. After last year's sprawling album The Floating World, Govtech has developed a live show from the ground up. Combining live guitar and bass musicianship and an experimental hardware setup, this duo's sole goal is to deliver stakeholder value on the dancefloor. / Instagram
