The 10th International Symposium on Operations Management and Strategy (ISOMS) 2026 Held jointly with JOMSA's 18th Annual Conference — November 6–7, 2026, Saitama, Japan The Japanese Operations Management and Strategy Association (JOMSA) is pleased to host the 10th International Symposium on Operations Management and Strategy (ISOMS 2026) at Saitama University, Japan, together with partner organizations from Korea — the Academic Society of Global Business Administration (ASGBA), the Korean Production & Operations Management Society (KOPOMS), the Korea Maritime Institute (KMI), and the Yonsei University Center for Global ESG & Business Ethics. This symposium will be held jointly with JOMSA's 18th Annual Conference, under the shared theme “Influencer Marketing and Agile Supply Chain.” The rapid growth of influencer-driven marketing has created sudden and unpredictable surges in demand that conventional supply chains struggle to absorb, and the symposium will explore how organizations can respond more flexibly through Analog–Digital Transformation (ADX) strategies. The program will include keynote lectures and panel discussions featuring researchers and practitioners from Japan, Korea, China, and other Asian economies, with particular attention to the cosmetics and consumer-goods industries, where agile supply chain coordination and digital marketing integration are becoming increasingly important. We hope that many researchers, educators, and practitioners will join us to share innovative ideas, emerging challenges, and strategic solutions for the future of global business.
