Gabriel Dumont Local #11 is excited to have you join us as a vendor at the 2026 Holiday Market! We look forward to welcoming you and celebrating the creativity and talent of our Métis artisans. Please review the vendor terms below, confirm your agreement, and submit the applicable vendor fee by September 17, 2026. Date: Saturday, November 21, 2026 Market Hours: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Location: La Kaav, 820 9th Avenue North, Saskatoon (City Park School, South teacher's parking lot entrance by the green bins). Set Up and Loading: Friday evening setup is available by prearrangement from 6:30–8:00 PM (if needed please email Wilfred at [email protected] ) Saturday morning setup is from 8:00–9:30 AM . Vehicles must be moved to street parking after unloading. Please note that the entrance to the market space includes eight stairs. Vendors should keep this in mind when planning their setup and bringing merchandise into the building. Please email Wilfred at [email protected] before the event if you have any accessibility concerns. Tear Down: Vendors may begin packing and loading only after 4:00 PM on market day. Space allocation: Each vendor will be provided with one 6-foot table . The booth area size is 8-feet deep by 8-feet across. Electrical Access: Electrical access is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Vendors requiring electricity must indicate this during registration. Electrical spaces will be assigned based on availability (if needed please email Wilfred at [email protected] ) Vendor Fees: Selected vendors will be required to pay the applicable vendor fee after acceptance: Gabriel Dumont Local #11 Members – $20 Non-Local #11 Members – $30 Product authenticity and quality: All products offered for sale must be original and handcrafted. Commercial buy-and-resell products, imported or mass-produced goods, prefabricated products, and items made from commercial kits are not permitted. Attendance: The booth must be staffed by the primary artisan or a designate of the primary artisan at all times during official market hours. Safety: Displays must fit strictly within the designated boundaries and cannot block aisles or emergency exits. Only one supplied table allowed. Can bring a clothing rack that fits within space or other displays approved in writing by the organizers (if clothing rack is needed please email Wilfred at [email protected] ) No open flames, loud music, or unapproved generators are allowed. Cleanliness: The Vendor must keep their area clean and remove all garbage, recycling, and cardboard boxes upon departure. There is a large garbage can and large recycling can just outside the door of the event. LIABILITY: The Organizer provides general venue security but is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from the Vendor’s products, booth setup, activities, or conduct. Cancellation policy: All booth fees are strictly non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control. Vendor Payment Deadline: September 17th, 2026 Completing this agreement and submitting your payment will confirm your vendor table for the 2026 Holiday Market on November 21, 2026.
