The Longest Day 2026

The Longest Day is a unique 12-hour endurance track challenge for runners and walkers, offering both individual and team categories. The event takes place at the historic Collegians Club in Pietermaritzburg on Saturday 17 October 2026. Participants can compete as individuals or in teams of three or four, testing their endurance, strategy, and determination over a full 12-hour period. Please note team entries require a once off payment, no split payments To earn official finisher status, competitors must complete the following minimum distances within the allotted time: · Runners / Running Teams: 80 km (School Teams will stop once reaching 80km) · Walkers / Walking Teams: 60 km Please go through the race rules in the link below Click here for more information
