Description
The theme for this year's conference is "Healthy Relationships Start with Me!" We will have a guest speaker (to be confirmed) and our wonderful members facilitating stimulating breakout sessions/workshops.
Be prepared for a creative, interactive and reflective day looking at the CoDA patterns/ characteristics vs recovery patterns in various areas of our lives including our body, mind, emotions, spirituality, finances, work, hobbies, relationships (friends, family, romantic).
