The Tide Division is designed for medium-sized and small student organizations, individual organizations, affinity groups, classes, UA programs and groups of students looking to participate in Homecoming together. This division is ideal for teams that want to experience the excitement of Homecoming competition while participating in a select number of events throughout the week. In celebration of this year's theme, "One Tide. Endless Tradition. Forever on the Rise," Tide Division teams can showcase their creativity, teamwork and Crimson Tide spirit through a variety of Homecoming traditions and competitions. Teams may be composed of any group of students, and student organization membership is not required , making this division an accessible and welcoming option for all members of the UA community. Eligible Activities Paint The Town Red Bowling Tournament Flag Football Tournament Dodgeball Tournament Homecoming Parade Lawn Games Tournament Day of Service Cash for Cans Participation Details Tide Division teams may choose the events that best align with their interests and strengths while competing for division recognition and Homecoming honors. The UA Homecoming Board will provide registered teams with event information, participation requirements, and important deadlines throughout the Homecoming season.
