Fire up the smoker, sharpen your skills, and get ready for a huge weekend of smoke, flavour, competition, and serious BBQ bragging rights. Saturday kicks things off with the Burger Auxiliary, giving teams the chance to get creative, bring the flavour and serve up a burger worthy of the judges’ attention. Sunday is where the pressure really turns up with the Masters 4 Protein Competition, with pitmasters going head-to-head across the big four in the ultimate test of skill, consistency and flavour. Join a field of passionate BBQ teams, compete in front of the crowds and be part of one of WA’s standout BBQ weekends.
