The Night Institute, David Holmes and Shorts Recreational Club are teaming up for a series of parties and we're kicking it all off with the Halloween Ball. After two raucous bank holidays in one of the unique venues in the city, we thought it was time to get our teeth in to something more regular. We've fallen in love with the Shorts Club on Holywood Road, and it seems like everyone on the dancefloor has to. So this Halloween, dress up, dress down. Fill your boots.
