Reservations for preschool children only are not permitted. ＜Safety Measures＞ All vessels undergo safety inspections every morning before operation. Cruising is handled by experienced yakatabune operators based in Shinagawa-ura. Life-saving cushions are provided at all seats. ＜Notes＞ Operations will be suspended in the event of severe weather (average wind speed over 10m/s, wave height over 1m, rainfall over 5mm/h, or visibility under 1,000m). [Cancellation Policy] Full refunds for cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) before departure. No refunds after this period or for no-shows. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, a full refund will be issued. Operational decisions will generally be announced by 9:00 AM on the day. A separate refund handling fee may apply for convenience store or ATM payments.
