Gain assistance with setting up an AI automation that handles your repetitive work.

Every business has recurring tasks that must be done accurately. But many times these tasks are more complicated than what you can achieve with just a simple prompt.

This workshop gives you the skills to identify a process you can hand off to AI, build a working automation during the session, and leave with an AI workflow that you can run, test and update yourself.

WHAT IS AN AI WORKFLOW?
An AI workflow is a series of steps that an AI follows, not just a single prompt.

Unlike a one-off instruction, it can interact with real systems: pulling data from your existing tools, generating reports and sending them where they need to go. It runs the same process consistently every time.

This face-to-face workshop gives you the hands-on support you need to move from experimenting with AI to building reliable automations that reduce your workload.

AI WORKFLOWS CAN EASILY HANDLE TASKS LIKE:

  • Analysing data and turning it into reports
  • Researching leads and suggesting sales approaches
  • Tracking permits and compliance obligations
  • Sending automated reminders of upcoming deadlines
  • Many more!

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Use existing business knowledge to give context to AI
  • How to choose a business process to automate
  • Map the AI workflow
  • Build a reusable AI skill that produces consistent work
  • Find existing skills that you can adapt instead of starting from scratch

WHY INVEST IN THIS WORKSHOP?

  • Build confidence creating and using a business knowledge base for AI
  • Create automated, reusable AI workflows
  • Update your workflows as your business changes
  • Learn how other local businesses are putting AI to work
  • Take away tutorials for three additional workflows to adapt in your own time

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?

This workshop is for business owners and managers who are already using AI but want more predictable, useful results.

Instead of wrestling with prompts and hoping for the best, you will learn to build automated processes that follow your instructions consistently and produce outputs you can rely on.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Dr Dianna Hardy is the founder of Deep Data Academy and has spent more than 20 years working with data, systems integration and automation.

Based in Townsville, she works with local businesses to identify where AI can reduce workload and solve problems.

As a business owner herself, she understands the issues organisations can face without in-house technical support. Her workshops are hands-on by design.

You will spend more time building than listening.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need programming or technical experience?
No. You just need some basic experience in using an AI assistant and be comfortable entering prompts and reviewing its responses.

Is this workshop suitable for complete AI beginners?
If you can use an AI assistant to draft, summarise or explore ideas, you have enough experience to participate.

Which AI platform do I need to use?
You can use the AI assistant you are already familiar with, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. The workshop focuses on a process you can apply across different platforms, rather than requiring everyone to use the same tool.

Will I need to share confidential business information?
No. You can use examples or non-sensitive information while building your workflow.

What support will I receive after the workshop?
You will receive three additional workflow tutorials and a complimentary 30-minute one-to-one AI Business Audit to help you identify your next opportunity and answer any follow-on questions you may have.
