East Africa One Health Conference - Online

The East Africa One Health Conference (EAOHC) is a regional platform that brings together professionals, researchers, policymakers, academics, students, practitioners, and stakeholders from human, animal, environmental, and related sectors to advance the One Health approach in East Africa. The conference provides a forum for sharing research, experiences, innovations, policies, and practical solutions to complex health challenges that occur at the intersection of people, animals, and the environment. Key areas of focus include zoonotic diseases, antimicrobial resistance, disease surveillance, food safety, environmental health, climate change, public health, animal health and welfare, and emerging and re-emerging health threats. Through scientific presentations, keynote sessions, panel discussions, workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities, the EAOHC seeks to strengthen collaboration across disciplines and institutions. It promotes the translation of evidence and innovation into effective policies, programmes, and community-level interventions.
