Oh, it's special that you made it here <3Phoenix Ecstatic Dance is a musical journey…Free-form movement.No choreography.No steps to learn.No performance.Just the music moving through a room full of people who gave themselves permission to show up.Some for the first time. Some have been before~ All are welcome!The space is sober, barefoot, and phone-free.By holding these boundaries together we create a container safe enough to actually drop in.To actually feel something..The doors are open : a quick opening circle happens at 9pm.We dance together and close together. A typical flow looks like : warm-up, build, peak, cool-down, closing circle.Every time, different and alive. Community agreements during the dance wave: Be present. Be sober. No shoes. No talking. No phones.Off the floor, you are welcome to chat, rest, hydrate, breathe.Wear something comfortable. Bring water. Come as you are.Hosted by Curiosidy It'd be an honor to share the floor with you <3
