Clear & Create Sound Journey

A soulful evening to clear whats weighing you down, reconnect within and create space for what you truly want.

As we move towards the New Moon, this is an invitation to slow down, breathe and let go of the physical, emotional and energetic clutter that no longer serves you.

Through gentle stretching, meditation, reflection and the grounding vibrations of sound bowls you will be guided to release, reset and reconnect with yourself.

Come as exactly as you are. leaving lighter, grounded and ready to welcome a new chapter.
