THE CAMARADERIE MOSAIC PROJECT Proudly Sponsored by the City of Brampton Bros Before Lows Foundation is a Brampton-based nonprofit dedicated to creating safe, judgment-free spaces where men can connect, have meaningful conversations, express themselves, and build genuine brotherhood. Through our FORCE 184 initiative , Bros Before Lows is preparing a growing network of trained facilitators who can bring meaningful conversations, peer connection, and supportive programming to men in communities across Canada. ABOUT THE PROJECT We are looking for 12 men, ages 18+, who live in the City of Brampton to participate in The CAMHaraderie Mosaic Project . This five-session program brings men together through conversation, community connection, artistic expression, wellness experiences, and peer support . IMPORTANT: FIVE-SESSION COMMITMENT We are specifically looking for participants who can commit to attending all five sessions. Each session is part of the overall experience, giving participants the opportunity to build familiarity, trust, and meaningful connections with one another throughout the program. Only 12 participant spaces are available. PROGRAM SCHEDULE SESSION 1 Monday, November 2, 2026 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM 📍 Board Games Together Café 289 Rutherford Road South, Unit 19, Brampton, ON We will kick off the project with an opportunity to get to know one another through a relaxed, facilitated group conversation. We'll then break the ice even further with approximately one hour of board games together , hosted by Sherif at Board Games Together. The goal is to create a comfortable environment where everyone can connect, have some fun, and begin building relationships. SESSIONS 2–4 November 9, 16 & 23, 2026 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM 📍 Ritual Yogahouse 83 John Street, Brampton, ON Across these three sessions, participants will experience a series of immersive Sound Experiences / Sound Journeys hosted by Deb Maybury . While many people refer to this type of practice as a "Sound Bath," Deb describes her work as a Sound Experience or Sound Journey , using sound and vibration to create an opportunity to relax, reflect, and experience a different form of wellness and artistic expression. The three sessions will build upon one another, allowing participants to explore sound, relaxation, reflection, and connection as the group continues to grow together. SESSION 5 — FINAL SESSION Sunday, November 29, 2026 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM 💻 Virtual Session SMART Recovery & Closing Connection We will close the five-session experience with a SMART Recovery meeting , introducing participants to practical tools for self-management, personal growth, and positive change. The final session will also give the group an opportunity to reflect on the experience, the connections they've made, and what they hope to carry forward. 🎸 A SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY FROM LONG & McQUADE We are excited to announce that Long & McQuade will be supporting The CAMHARADERIE MOSAIC Project ! One eligible participant who attends all five sessions will have the opportunity to receive an acoustic guitar along with guitar lessons .
