LAND KNOT celebrates its 4th anniversary with a full-day gathering of music, art, food, fire and nature in Fujisawa, Kanagawa. Located on a 1,300-square-metre site surrounded by trees and open green space, LAND KNOT usually operates as a location studio and event venue. On October 11, the entire space will come alive for an anniversary celebration bringing together the different cultures and communities that have shaped the venue over the past four years. Starting at 10AM, the party moves from an open-air daytime atmosphere into sunset and evening, when bonfires, lighting and music transform the space. Joining us from Fukuoka are ELIAS × MANTIS × MAHINA APPLE, while dj ao arrives from Niigata representing the TempleATS collective. The lineup also brings together artists closely connected to LAND KNOT, including tonbo and SWANS, returning from their European tours, alongside SUNGA, Fu-naturez, DRAMATICBOYS, another sun, KANADE × Luna and Takibi dub joint. Beyond the music, the venue will host a photography exhibition featuring nine photographers, alongside independent shops, food stalls, coffee, kombucha, workshops and other pop-ups throughout the grounds. There will also be activities for children and families during the daytime. Neither a conventional club night nor a traditional festival, LAND KNOT is a place where music, nature, art, food and people come together without clear boundaries.
