<p><strong>ED Deep Dive Session – Intimacy in a Smaller Circle</strong></p> <p>In these Deep Dive Session we gather in a small group, creating a space where the nervous system can soften and we feel safe to be seen and to express ourselves freely.</p> <p>Healing means wholeness. Through dance, we welcome back the parts of ourselves we may have disconnected from. Anger, joy, grief, ecstasy, stillness or silence — everything is allowed to move and transform. In this intimate circle, we remember ourselves as whole.</p> <p>Johanna, founder of Ecstatic Dance Zurich, has over 10 years of experience guiding people into grounded connection through movement, music, and voice.
