Menopause is often talked about in simple terms—but the reality is far more complex, and every woman's experience is different. This free seminar is designed to open up the conversation and provide a supportive space where women can better understand what's happening during perimenopause and menopause, while gaining practical, evidence-based strategies to navigate this stage with confidence.

Join us for an informative and welcoming session featuring an experienced panel of women's health professionals, each bringing their unique expertise to the conversation.

Our expert panel includes:

Marisa Wood – Specialist in strength training and fitness for women through perimenopause and menopause, helping women build strength, confidence, and long-term health.

Dana Berkovits – Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, providing expert insight into the physical symptoms and musculoskeletal changes that can occur during menopause, along with strategies to manage them.

Sonia Osborne – Menopause Nutrition Consultant and Coach, sharing practical nutrition advice to support hormonal health, body composition, energy, and overall wellbeing.

Emily Carlstrom - a clinical naturopath and founder of SolBiome, a science-backed supplement brand focused on microbiome health and simple, evidence-led wellness.

Denise Walton – Your MC for the evening, post-menopausal woman, and passionate advocate for supporting and empowering women through midlife.

Together, they'll break down the changes happening in your body during this stage of life and explain what you can do to feel stronger, healthier, and more in control.

This is your chance to understand the basics of menopause ("Menopause 101"), ask questions in a safe and supportive environment, and receive practical guidance without the confusion or misinformation that so often surrounds this stage of life.

We'll cover topics such as:

What is actually happening hormonally during perimenopause and menopause
How these changes can affect metabolism, sleep, mood, and energy
The role of strength training and movement during menopause
Nutrition strategies to support body composition and overall wellbeing
Understanding musculoskeletal symptoms and how to manage them
Common myths and misconceptions about menopause

Whether you're just starting to notice changes or are well into the transition, this event is about helping you feel informed, supported, and empowered.

Come along, bring your questions, and leave with a clearer understanding of your body—and what actually helps during this stage of life.
