Introducing our Qigong teacher Claudia: Claudia Cahalane (she/they) is a qigong teacher and meditation coach working with LGBTQIA+ groups, mental health groups, businesses such as Brighton College, charities such as Kew Gardens Wakehurst, Pride in Wellness, and a range of wellbeing events and retreats. Claudia also leads weekly LGBTQIA+ community qigong classes online.Claudia trained as a qigong instructor 10 years ago at the Shiatsu College in London after finding they got lots of benefits from the practice themselves.
