New World Order 26 ft. CKraft, Bhayanak Maut, Tarqeeb

It’s time for the 26th edition of New World Order featuring CKraft, Bhayanak Maut, Tarqeeb.

New World Order is an anti-genre, anti-establishment live music IP, bringing together independent artists and audiences beyond the boundaries of the mainstream.

CKRAFT blends the crushing force of Metal with the eccentric freedom of Jazz. Led by accordionist Charles Kieny, the quintet sets a Meshuggah inspired power trio (guitar, bass, drums) against the frantic breath of a tenor saxophone and a cyborg-accordion augmented with electronic sensors.

Medieval polyphonies, and other thousand years old melodies — roots of Western music — collide with modern creativity, opening a space for enriching cross-cultural dialogue with the Indian audience.

We are Bhayanak Maut. And we play metal. We have been playing for 20 years.

Our line-up is spearheaded by Aman Virdi - Backed by Rahul H, Ishaan K, Venkat R and Aditya G.

Our music is relentless

We were hoping winners of Channel [V] Launchpad.

We have played Inferno Festival (Oslo).

We have shared the stage with some of the biggest international acts (Lamb of God, Meshuggah, Textures to name a few).

We have released 4 albums and a slew of singles.

Tarqeeb is the DJ moniker of Ashish Jose, a selector and music industry executive who has spent over a decade contributing to India’s independent music scene. His sets move through dub, UK bass, jungle, garage, breakbeat, techno and hip-hop, with a strong focus on Indian and global underground music.

Through radio shows, mixes and live sets, Tarqeeb has consistently championed forward-thinking sounds from home and abroad. He has played clubs, independent parties and major festivals across India and more recently taken Tarqeeb to Europe, South Asia and North America while touring with Hanumankind.

Expect heavy low-end, broken rhythms and unexpected turns.
