Participants will build their understanding of three-year-old development, identify the social and emotional skills that support successful transitions, and explore practical strategies for strengthening connections between children, families and future learning settings. Through group discussions, hands-on activities and real-world case studies, educators will leave with ideas they can use immediately to support children's confidence, belonging and readiness for change.
