For Opus' first venture into a club space they collaborate with one of Leeds' most highly regarded venues. Hope House is the home of long-standing party, Cosmic Slop, and a beautiful, custom built Hi-Fi soundsystem. The venue continues doing amazing work in fundraising for MAP charity. As usual, all proceeds will be split 50/50 between the charity and promoter. On the line up they have invited Animals On Psychedelics founder Carl H. For those that haven't already seen him play, expect the unexpected. Progged-out oddities, trance-laden artefacts, psychedelic trippers and genre-defying dancefloor peculiarities. Hailing from Cleethorpes - label head and DJ for over 20 years, Carl is a passionate explorer and advocate of the deepest corners in electronic music. Joining him for a rare warm up set is Opus' own Chin. Another DJ whose style is hard to describe, he's sure to have excavated plenty of gems for this one. This is set up to be a special night of music. Opus sets out to be a community-led collective and a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for all attendees regardless of their background or identity.
