HIS PRESENCE - Empowered to Create

You were made to create. But building a creative team — one where people feel seen, stay inspired, and grow together — takes more than talent.

Whether you lead a team of two or a full production crew, the challenges are often the same: people feel underutilized, communication breaks down, and the creative fire that once burned bright slowly dims. Sound familiar? What about recruiting solid people?

This hands-on workshop brings together worship leaders, musicians, creatives, and those who carry a heart for the arts in the local church — to learn, reflect, and walk away with practical tools they can use immediately.

You will walk away empowered with strategies & techniques to

1. Build a team culture that champions the gift and the giver — learn how to cultivate an environment where every person on your team feels genuinely valued, not just for what they can do, but for who they are.

2 .Avoid the common frustrations every creative team experiences — identify the friction points that quietly drain momentum and discover proven approaches to get ahead of them before they derail your team.

3. Scale up your personal impact as a worshiper — go beyond your role and step into a deeper dimension of worship that spills over into everything you create and lead.
