Bourbon Paddy or (Martin in real life) joins us at Navan Whiskey Festival to tell the story behind the name. From the tastes that first caught his attention, to the people, places and experiences that turned an interest in bourbon into more than a decade exploring and championing American whiskey. Along the way, we’ll taste five personally selected whiskies, with each pour telling another part of his story and giving us an insight into what makes American whiskey so fascinating to him. We’ll hear about his favourites, the discoveries that surprised him, and what he looks for in a great American whiskey- whilst also politley asking him how a man living in Cavan ended up as Ireland's preeminent bourbon drinker...
