- all songs chosen by attendees, all profits split between charity donations & attendee prizes - ABOUTMore of a mass singalong with sound system than a traditional community choir, ENDORPHIN MACHINE! (named after the Prince track 'Endorphinmachine') is designed to be a pure-fun experience where people come to blast out well-loved popular songs together. No learning curve, no multi-part harmonies to figure out, no homework. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve never sung before, or if you do it every day - all that’s required is a desire to sing.We strive for a welcoming, friendly, inclusive environment, and look forward to meeting you at our next event!——————TECHNICAL SETUPHeld at Druitt Hall in Christchurch, we will have:- A full sound system set up to play the music LOUD (hopefully drowning out any nerves there may be from new singers!).- Disco lighting (no harsh overhead strip lighting).- Projector screen displaying lyrics (so no need to search anything on your phone).——————COLLABORATIVE SONG CHOICESOn checkout for your tickets, you will be asked for a song suggestion for the event. If you are getting multiple tickets, and would like to include a song suggestion for each of your guests - please message us after ordering when you’ve had a chance to check with them. All song suggestions will be put into a poll 3 days before the event (new customers after this point will not be able to suggest). You will have 48 hours to vote, and the playlist (roughly 50 mins worth of music) will then be shared with you 1 day before the event.——————REFRESHMENTSFree hot drinks and biscuits will be supplied, but you are welcome to bring whatever else you’d like (and booze IS allowed).——————100% NON-PROFIT, PRIZES & CHARITY INFOOur 'Event Support Payment' option helps cover venue hire, supplies, and marketing.ANY profit over that get split as follows each month:- Majority donated to a charity or worthwhile organisation (also suggested and polled on by all attendees).- Remaining as a cash prize on the night to randomly chosen attendee.——————TRAVELDriving: On the loop around Druitt Hall (High St, Wickfield Av etc) most parking spaces and single-yellow lines are unrestricted after 6pm.
