A Girls Only basketball development program that builds fundamental basketball skills, game-based concepts, decision making and conditioning. Perfect for girls who want to improve their basketball in a comfortable girl only environment.
Designed for players that have played at least 3 seasons of domestic basketball, around the ages 10-14
8x45 minute sessions per term
