Description
Hirayama lives a quiet, carefully ordered life cleaning public toilets in Tokyo. Outside of work, he finds contentment in music, books, photography, and the shifting light through the trees. A series of unexpected encounters gradually reveals more about the life he has chosen and the past he left behind. Directed by Wim Wenders, Perfect Days is a tender and beautifully observed meditation on solitude, routine, and the profound pleasures hidden within ordinary life.
