Strategic Stakeholder Communication: Influencing Without Authority Some of the most important workplace outcomes depend on people you do not directly manage. Strategic Stakeholder Communication is a practical, discussion-based course for professionals who need to build alignment, gain buy-in, navigate competing priorities, and influence across teams, functions, organizations, and levels of authority. Across six interactive in-person sessions, you will work with practical frameworks and realistic workplace situations rather than simply listening to lectures. Full course details and registration What you’ll work on • Identifying and prioritizing key stakeholders • Understanding stakeholder interests, perspectives, and concerns • Adapting messages for different audiences • Building buy-in without relying on formal authority • Responding constructively to resistance and competing priorities • Sequencing communication strategically • Creating alignment across multiple stakeholders • Applying the tools to your own workplace situations Course schedule Six Saturdays, 10:00–12:50 JST October 31 November 7, 14, 21, and 28 December 5, 2026 Venue GOZAR Meeting Room Shinjuku-Gyoen 3F 1-13-9 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 160-0022 Tuition ¥44,999 including 10% Japanese consumption tax Capacity Maximum 18 participants Course materials will be provided through Google Classroom. Participants who complete the course will receive a digital certificate of completion. Registration Registration and payment are handled directly by Kaizen Training Solutions rather than through Peatix. The course requires a minimum of six paid participants, and KTS will confirm whether the course will run no later than October 9, 2026.
