plus special guests WEST WICKHAMS - Wasted Youth have found a seldom used but terrific little venue in Balham for our first (and only) headline gig in London this year. Imagine a (very) miniaturized Chalk Farm Roundhouse crossed with an Edwardian music hall and you'll be getting somewhere close. There's a great viewing area at ground level and also a small seated balcony upstairs for those who have difficulty standing. With red velvet drapes and a warm, intimate atmosphere, when we first saw The Bedford we thought what a great venue for Wasted Youth to play. There’s a decent bar in the gig area and lots of interesting rock'n'roll decor, which all suggests this will be a beautiful evening. Our special guests for the evening are West Wickhams, personal favourites of Wasted Youth and deserving attention! Fresh from their tours with Bow Wow Wow, The Wedding Present and The Chameleons, we are so happy that they will be sharing the stage with us, and If you haven't heard or seen them before, imagine a post-punk psychedelic art school band!
