Nash Ryder, newly appointed to the faculty of Florida Gulf Coast University, makes his recital debut in an exciting program. An accomplished violinist recognized for his artistry, technical brilliance, and expressive range, Ryder brings a fresh and dynamic presence to FGCU’s music faculty. With degrees from Juilliard and Eastman, his performances are noted for their warmth, clarity, and engaging musical storytelling, qualities that have earned him praise as both soloist and chamber musician. Joining him is Michael Baron, the Myra and Van Williams Distinguished Professor of Music, whose illustrious career as pianist, educator, and collaborative artist has brought him to concert stages throughout the world. Together, Ryder and Baron present an evening of virtuosic and lyrical works for violin and piano, showcasing the rich dialogue between the two instruments in a program of passion, elegance, and artistry.
