Join us as we celebrate the flavors of fall with an afternoon of thoughtfully selected wines and artisan cheeses.As the days grow cooler, there's no better time to gather around the table. You'll enjoy four exceptional wines, each expertly paired with cheeses that bring out the very best in one another. Along the way, we'll share the stories behind each pairing, along with simple tips to help you discover what makes great wine and cheese such a timeless combination.Whether you're just beginning to explore wine or have been collecting favorites for years, this relaxed and welcoming experience is designed for everyone. Come sip, savor, ask questions, and enjoy good conversation with the team from Euphoric Cheese Shop and Sparrow Wine Bar.On the cheese side…Amy Burritt, co-owner of Euphoric Cheese Shop and Sparrow Wine Bar, brings her deep-rooted love of cheese to the table. Raised in a family of specialty food lovers (her parents founded South Slope Cheese Co. in Asheville), Amy has a knack for making cheese both approachable and endlessly interesting. Expect a few laughs, some great stories, and at least one “you have to try this” moment—especially if you ask what she’s loving right now.On the wine side…Mandy Glenn, your guide through the glass and bartender at Sparrow, pours with equal parts knowledge and enthusiasm. Her curiosity about wine—from the people behind it to the flavors in your glass—is infectious. She’ll have you noticing things you’ve never quite tasted before… and probably wanting another sip.How it WorksWe’ll taste, chat, and enjoy our way through all four pairings together.
