Are you... Between the ages 14 - 24? A newcomer (living in Canada for < 10 years with the intention to settle permanently)? Someone who identifies as 2SLGBTQIA+, or exploring your gender identity and/or sexual orientation? Comfortable discussing your experiences in English? Attend our 3 workshops to share your experiences, meet other newcomer 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, and create artwork together! Topics covered: Day 1: Newcomer Experiences Day 2: Understanding Gender-Based Violence Day 3: Navigating Intersecting Identities If you attend all 3-days, you will receive $150 via e-transfer as a thank you. Can’t make it all 3 days? No worries, you can still get $50 per workshop you attend!
