Helderberg Village Music Society

The Helderberg Village Music Society is delighted to present a special recital in which familiar favourite José Dias introduces internationally acclaimed Japanese violinist Maya Egashira. The programme brings together music from Europe, Japan and Africa, including works by Mozart, Hendrik Hofmeyr, A. Fragoso, K. Kishi, Fritz Kreisler and Brahms. The recital features Mozart's Sonata in G major, Hofmeyr's Variations on an African Lullaby, Japanese repertoire, Kreisler's Liebesfreud and Liebesleid, and Brahms's Sonata in D minor. A wonderful opportunity to hear José Dias once again and to discover a remarkable international musician.FOR INFORMATION: Laurien Comyn – 082 467 0337/Peter Searle – 082 561 3052
