With the support of props, you’ll be guided to move mindfully from one posture to the next, easing deep-seated tension and creating space for calm in both body and mind. We’ll begin with grounding breathing techniques and close with a shared moment over herbal tea and sweet treats — a cozy way to return to the present and connect with one another. Once we’re off the mats, we’ll have time to introduce ourselves, enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea and a sweet treat, and connect in a relaxed, intimate setting. We’ll also explore a little oracle card practice, with cards, reflections, and predictions for what might be coming next ✨ A cozy moment to chat, discover each other, and leave with a little inspiration for the weeks ahead.
