Summer's knocking, Cape Town. Let's make sure our aura is ready for it.Last month we got Rooted. We grounded ourselves, moved from the roots up and connected with our people. Now it's time to glow outward. The days are longer, the light is golden, and we're heading back to Youngblood Gallery to kick off the season properly.
The theme: Aura Season.Your aura is the energy you walk in with and the energy you leave behind. It's not something you buy. You build it, one sweaty, soft, honest moment at a time. This gathering is about waking up that energy after winter and carrying it into summer.
What we know (for now ) A Saturday afternoon of Pilates among the art. Expect movement that wakes you up, moments that settle you, conversation that stays with you. The full programme and partners will be revealed closer to the day.
What to bringWater, a sweat towel, favourite pair of shades & your best energy. Mats are provided. Please skip body oils on the day, because they stain the mats.
