Discount Tickets for Guests with Disabilities: We offer discounted tickets (20% discount) for guests who have a disability certificate ( shougaisha techo ). To obtain a discounted ticket, which also allows for free entry for one carer, support person, or personal assistant, you must show your disability certificate at the door on the day of the event. If you are unable to show your disability certificate, we may ask you to pay the difference between the disabled ticket price and the standard ticket price. Free Carer / Support Person Entry: Guests purchasing a discounted ticket for those with disabilties may bring one carer, support person, or personal assistant free of charge if they require support to attend the event. The accompanying person does not need to purchase a separate ticket. How to Purchase a Discounted Ticket for Guests with Disabilties: Discounted tickets will not have a separate category on our main Peatix ticket page. If you would like to purchase a discounted ticket, please contact us at [email protected]. We will give you the discount code and explain how to purchase your ticket. Privacy: We do not need to know the details of your disability or diagnosis, nor will we retain or record any of your personal information in any way whatsoever. However, your needs may be discussed if you need reasonable adjustments at the venues. If you have any accessibility requirements or questions before attending, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help. 障害者割引チケット・介助者同伴入場ポリシー 私たちは、すべての方にとってできるだけ参加しやすく、安心して楽しめるイベントづくりを目指しています。 障害者割引チケットについて：障害者手帳をお持ちの方を対象に、通常料金より20％割引となる障害者割引チケットをご用意しています。 障害者割引チケット（介護者や介助者・サポートを担う方・パーソナルアシスタント1名の無料入場も含まれる）の購入をご希望する場合は、イベント当日に受付で障害者手帳をご提示ください。 障害者手帳をご提示いただけない場合は、障害者割引チケット料金と通常チケット料金との差額をお支払いいただく場合がございます。 介助者・サポートを担う方の無料入場について：障害者割引チケットをご購入された方で、イベント参加にあたりサポートが必要な場合は、介護者や介助者・サポートを担う方・パーソナルアシスタントのうち1名まで無料で同伴していただけます。 同伴される方が別途チケットを購入する必要はありません。 障害者割引チケットの購入方法：障害者割引チケットは、Peatixの通常のチケット販売ページには公開していません。 購入をご希望の方は、[email protected] までご連絡ください。障害者割引チケットのお申し込み方法につきましては、メールへの返信にて特別コードをご提供しご案内いたします。 プライバシー及び個人情報保護について：障害者手帳にある個人情報や診断等の詳しい内容をお知らせいただく必要はありませんし、その情報の収集・記録・管理等は一切いたしません。ただし、会場で配慮やその他のサポートが必要な場合には、必要な対応についてご相談させていただくことがございます。 参加前にアクセシビリティ（バリアフリーのご参加）に関するご要望やご質問がありましたら、[email protected] までお気軽にご連絡ください。ベストを尽くして対応いたします。
