SPOOK OR SPIN

Some things are better together. SPOOK OR SPIN is a new youth experience built for Mbombela through a partnership between Socialist Xperience and Bomb Exclusive Events, where music, culture and good company come together in one place. It's more than a party. It's a platform for discovering new talent, meeting new people and making memories you'll still be talking about long after the night ends.It starts with our DJ Competition. Emerging DJs are invited to send in their mixes at no cost, and about ten will make the cut to battle it out live on the 31 October 2026 at Central Waterpark, Riverside Mall, Mbombela. The winners get a real stage, real exposure and a pathway to more gigs. With Red Bull backing the journey, this is a proper launchpad for Mbombela's next big sound.
Then it all comes to life at the SX × BOMB Halloween Edition. Live DJ battle where you help pick the winner, all wrapped in a spooky-season atmosphere. Between sets, challenge your friends to ping pong, foosball, board games and quiz cards, or just chill out with food and drinks.
Come for the music. Stay for the people. Leave with the story. SX × BOMB × Red Bull. Discover. Compete. Celebrate.
