The Emerging Artists performances present original choreographic work by third-year dance graduate students. The artists develop research-intensive projects over the course of a year that center on a broad range of subjects. This Emerging Artists production will include the following work: "Airglow" by Yi Peng "Impulse Control, or The Weight of What We Can't See" by Rae Grey "DOOM BAGS: A Love Letter to the ADHD Weirdo" by Diana Toledo Content transparency: "Impulse Control" explores themes of mania, depression, death, grief, emotional distress and mood complexity. The work contains dark subject matter and moments of intense physical and emotional expression. Audience discretion is advised. Please take care of yourself while experiencing the work. You are welcome to leave the space at any time and return when or if you feel comfortable. Ticket Information 🎟️ All ticket sales are ONLINE ONLY. Ticket sales open four (4) weeks prior to each event. Please purchase tickets in advance. Guests who do not have tickets at the door will be directed to obtain them online. Ticket service fees apply to every purchase. Eligible Herberger Institute (HIDA) Faculty, Staff, Students and Mirabella residents obtain their complimentary tickets online. Select the corresponding ticket type and click 'Add to Cart:' HIDA Faculty/Staff (1 or 2 tickets), HIDA Student or Mirabella resident (1 ticket) Click on 'Promo code' and enter your 10-digit ASU ID, then click 'Apply.' Verify your order is correct (fee waived according to above policy) and click 'Confirm.' Venue & Parking Information 🅿️ Galvin Playhouse is on the south side of the Nelson Fine Arts Center building (FAC) on ASU's Tempe campus. For parking locations near our venues, view our parking map . Photography, recording devices, food and beverages (other than water bottles with lids) are not allowed inside the seating areas of the venues.
