It’s so nerve-wracking to be in a contest like this as an adult! But it’s by overcoming challenges like this that we improve our English. We meet near JR Namba Station in Osaka Prefecture, but since participation is also available online, people from far away can join as well. First, let's try giving a short speech. You'll respond to simple prompts in English. After joining, you'll take on longer speeches and provide feedback on others' speeches. You'll also take on various other roles in English. ◆ What is Toastmasters? Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization with over 100 years of history and clubs in more than 140 countries worldwide.
