キューバ共和国大使館訪問 ＊English follows Japanese 港区内外の大使館との文化的交流を目的としたイベント（大使館訪問など）を定期的に開催しています。 今回はキューバ共和国大使館を訪問し、お国について教えていただきます。大使館の方によるプレゼンテーションやQ&Aコーナーのほか、サルサダンスも披露いただきます。また、キューバのスナックや飲み物を味わいながら、大使館の皆様との交流のひと時を楽しみます。 【日程】 2026年10月22日（木）14:00～16:00 （集合：13:50） 【会場】 キューバ共和国大使館 （東京都港区東麻布1-28-4） 【定員】 30名（申込先着順） ※チケットが売り切れとなった後も、キャンセルが出た場合、再び申込みが可能となります。随時、本ページにてご確認ください。 【申込開始日時】 2026年9月3日（木）12:00（正午） ※申込開始直後はアクセスが集中する可能性がございます。 ※お申込にはPeatixアカウントが必要です。「Peatixアカウントの作成方法」については、 Peatixヘルプ をご参照ください。 【申込締切】 2026年10月9日（金）17:00 【参加費】 一般 4,000円（MIA会員 3,000円） ※参加費は食材費とイベント運営費のために港区国際交流協会が徴収するものです。 ※イベントお申込み日に会員期限が有効な方（2026年度会員ご本人様のみ）がMIA会員価格にてご参加いただけます。新規入会／会員資格更新ご希望の場合は、港区国際交流協会（MIA）まで電話またはメールにてお問い合わせください。 ※お申込時に会員番号の入力が必須です（会員番号不明の場合は港区国際交流協会までお問い合わせください）。会員でない方は、「000000」とご入力ください。 【キャンセルポリシー】 キャンセルは、10月9日（金）までに主催者（港区国際交流協会）に連絡をお願いいたします。10月9日（金）以降のキャンセルは受け付けておりません（返金ができません）。 キャンセルの方法、返金及び手数料等については、 Peatixヘルプ をご参照ください。 【その他】 ・イベント開催直前に、お申込時にご登録いただいたメールアドレス宛に港区国際交流協会より当日のご案内をお送りしますのでご確認ください。 ・お申込時にご登録いただいた氏名は本イベント運営のためにキューバ共和国大使館に提出します。 ・イベント当日は、13:50までに大使館前にお集まりください（時間厳守）。定刻を過ぎた場合は参加をお断りすることがあります。 ・当日、イベントの様子を写真撮影します。撮影した写真は、港区国際交流協会のホームページやSNS、その他の広報媒体（発行物等）に掲載させていただきます。また、大使館の各種広報媒体にも掲載される場合がございます。予めご了承ください。 ・荒天等による各種警報の発令や、その他のやむを得ない事情により、イベントを中止する場合があります。その場合は参加費を返金いたします。 【問合せ先】 一般財団法人 港区国際交流協会 Minato International Association (MIA) Email: [email protected] Tel: 03-6440-0233 Let's visit the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba! We regularly organize events (such as Embassy Visit events) to promote cultural exchange with the Embassies in Tokyo. For more information on how to create the account, please see Peatix Help . 【Application deadline】 Friday, October 9, 17:00 【Admission Fee】 ¥4,000 (¥3,000 for MIA members) *The Minato International Association collects the participation fee for the cost of food/drinks and operating expenses. *Admission Fee for MIA member is applicable to those whose membership expiration date is valid on the date of the registration (FY2026 members only). If you would like to apply for or renew your membership, please call or email MIA office. *Membership number is required to register. If you don't know your membership number,please call or email MIA office. If you are not a member, please enter “000000”. 【Cancellation Policy】 If you need to cancel your ticket, please contact the organizer (Minato International Association) by Friday, October 9. No cancellations will be accepted after Friday, October 9 (After this date, refunds wil not be possible). Please see Peatix Help for cancellation procedures, refunds and fees. 【Other notes】 -Just prior to the event, the MIA office will send information on the day of the event to the e-mail address you registered. -Your name we receive will be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba for the administration of this event. -On the day of the event, please come in front of the Embassy's gate by 13:50 p.m. Please arrive on time as the door may be closed after 14:00 p.m. -MIA staff will take photos during the event. The photos taken will be published on MIA’s website, Social Media (Facebook, X, Instagram), and other PR media (publications, etc.). They may also appear in various PR media of the Embassy.Thank you for your understanding. -The event may be canceled due to severe weather or other unavoidable circumstances.
