Full payment is required at the time of booking.Non-MembersSimply select the Non-Member package and complete your purchase.Capron Park Zoo MembersTo receive the member rate, please enter the member name and the email address associated with your membership during checkout.Please bring your valid Capron Park Zoo membership card on the day of your event. Membership will be verified upon arrival.Each guest receiving the member rate must be covered by a valid Capron Park Zoo membership. If membership cannot be verified, the difference between the Member and Non-Member rate must be paid before the event begins.Please bring your booking confirmation email with you.If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us before your scheduled event.💳 Cancellation & Refund PolicyAll birthday party and private event bookings are non-refundable.If Capron Park Zoo must cancel or reschedule your event due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, animal welfare, veterinary care, or other operational needs, guests will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.Failure to attend your scheduled event (no-show) will result in forfeiture of all payments.⚠️ Important InformationBirthday parties are limited to 25 guests, unless otherwise approved by Capron Park Zoo.Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.Animal Ambassador encounters are available only with applicable party packages.Due to the nature of the Animal Ambassador encounter, children under the age of 4 will not be able to participate in the encounter.Animal interaction cannot be guaranteed and always depends on the animals' willingness to participate.The person making the reservation is responsible for supervising all participants throughout the event.All guests must follow Zoo staff instructions and all Capron Park Zoo rules during their visit.Capron Park Zoo reserves the right to end an event or require any individual or group that fails to follow Zoo rules or staff instructions to leave the premises.🦁 Zoo RulesFor the safety of our guests, staff, and animals, please observe the following rules:Do not feed any animals unless instructed by Zoo staff as part of the program.Balloons, balls, toys, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, and similar items are not permitted.Pets are not permitted.Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited inside Zoo buildings.Do not climb on fences, barriers, or enter restricted areas.Shoes and shirts are required at all times.🌳 Planning a Larger Celebration?Capron Park Zoo also offers Outdoor Pavilion Rentals for larger birthday parties, family gatherings, and private events.Our outdoor pavilions provide additional space for larger groups to celebrate in a unique zoo setting.To reserve a pavilion or inquire about larger custom events, please contact our Education Department:📧 [email protected]📞 (774) 203-1843
