Fall Festival of Dance

Fall Festival of Dance Saturday, October 10, 2026 | 7:00 PM | Alamo City Arts Join us for an intimate evening of dance, music, and celebration as Alamo City Arts presents our Fall Festival of Dance! This special in-studio performance brings together our talented dancers, professional artists, and students for an evening showcasing the incredible work happening across our organization. The evening will feature a special presentation of Carnival of the Animals, our educational production combining live music and dance to bring Camille Saint-Saëns' beloved musical suite to life. Originally presented as part of our ArtsConnect Student Concert Series, this production introduces children throughout San Antonio to the magic of live performing arts. Because our school performances are not open to the public, we're excited to share this production with our families, friends, and community! But that's just the beginning! Our Alamo City Dance Company Elite Competition Team will take the stage with performances and demonstrations showcasing the technique, artistry, and dedication they've been developing as they prepare for the upcoming competition season. Audiences will also enjoy special performances by our professional dancers, Sasha Krukova and Nurlan Kinerbayev, featuring excerpts from Don Quixote and offering a sneak peek at our upcoming spring production. Our Adult Ballet program will also take the stage with a special variation, celebrating the joy of dance at every age. An Informal-Formal Evening! Enjoy a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere with appetizers, cocktails, sodas, and desserts while celebrating our performers and connecting with fellow arts enthusiasts. More than just a performance, our Fall Festival of Dance is a small fundraiser supporting Alamo City Arts and our mission to make high-quality arts education and live performances accessible throughout our community. From bringing educational concerts directly to local schoolchildren to providing exceptional training and performance opportunities for dancers of all ages, your support helps us continue this important work. Admission is pay what you can! Whether you're a longtime supporter, an Academy family, or discovering Alamo City Arts for the first time, everyone is welcome. Space is limited for this intimate in-studio event, and advance reservations are requested so we can plan refreshments and seating. Bring your friends, invite your family, and join us for a wonderful evening celebrating the artistry, dedication, and community that make Alamo City Arts so special. Reserve your tickets and celebrate the joy of dance with us!
