Join us for a walk through Pärnu in the footsteps of Raimond Valgre (1913–1949), one of Estonia’s most beloved composers and musicians. Valgre wrote around 100 songs during his short life, but much of his music became widely known only after his death. His songs, including “Saaremaa valss” (“Saaremaa Waltz”), “Muinaslugu muusikas” (“A Little Story in the Music”) and “Pärnu ballaad” (“Ballad of Pärnu”), are still loved and performed today.
