<p>🌿 ABOUT MIRO&nbsp;&amp; ELYSIUM BREATHWORK CEREMONIES</p>
<p>Named after the mythological realm of <strong>eternal peace and happiness</strong>,<strong> </strong>Elysium is a sanctuary for the soul — a space where breath becomes a bridge between what you have been carrying and what you are ready to release.</p>
<p>Breathwork, ceremonial cacao and live music soothe the nervous system and make room for emotions that were never given space.</p>
<p>It is held by <strong>Miro Komarek </strong><a href="https://www.instagram.com/komarek.miro/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">@komarek.miro</a>, working with breath since 2015 — a certified Tetra Breathwork® facilitator trained in Ikaria, in the Sacred Valley of Peru and with Dan Brule. Miro&nbsp;has led breathwork workshops for groups of up to 250 people at festivals including Burning Mountain, Rise Up Gathering and Kaleido.</p>
