Each workshop can be experienced independently, according to your personal process and what you feel called to explore or join the complete four-part journey as a practice of integration and continuity.

The series is informed by Ximena Xaguar’s extensive practice and work with native healing arts and facilitator of Sweatlodge ceremonies and ritual practices since 2008, inspired by Andean and Amazonian approaches to natural medicine.

An invitation to reconnect and integrate with the elements within us — and to explore the living relationship between perception, nature, body and consciousness.
