The Field is the acclaimed ambient techno moniker of Swedish producer Axel Willner. Blending a teenage background in punk and moshpits with a passion for pop micro-sampling, classic shoegaze, and ambient drone, Willner crafts hypnotic, looping soundscapes anchored by steady minimal beats.
