What You Will Make & Learn
During this interactive class, Chef Paul will guide you through the art of sushi making, including:

Salmon Sushi & Aburi Sushi: Learn how to shape fresh salmon sushi and use a torch to create the smoky, melt-in-your-mouth finish of Aburi sushi.

Three Maki Rolls of Your Choice: Choose three rolls from Spicy Salmon, California, Spicy Tuna, Double Crab, Avocado Cucumber, or Mango.

Vegetarian Options: Delicious alternatives are available, including Avocado Cucumber and Mango rolls.

Learn practical techniques, professional tips, and how to create beautiful sushi that you can enjoy!

With over 4 years of experience teaching sushi and Korean cooking classes to more than 1,000 students in cozymeal , Chef Paul brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the kitchen. Trained in Culinary Arts, Chef Paul has spent the past 10 years working professionally in restaurants and currently owns and operates two successful restaurants.
