Course 1: Mixed pitted olives, cured meats, olive oil, balsamic and sourdough. Course 2: Puglian Harvest Burrata (vegetarian) Course 3: Vodka alla pasta & beef ragu pasta Course 4: Market fish with cos lettuce, dill, Reggiano and roasted macadamia salad. Course 5: Lemon sorbet (vegetarian) THE DRINKS ?? Enjoy a welcome cocktail, limoncello or Aperol Spritz on arrival, followed by three hours of bottomless Italian wines, including Soave, Chianti and Prosecco, plus beers and soft drinks. Italian-inspired cocktails will also be available to purchase.
