Blond in Car — GLIDER

Former film producer Robin Schorr, aka Blond in Car, whose sun-drenched dreamy indie pop, sharp songwriting, and unmistakable sense of style have made her one of the internet's most beloved new artists, has much to celebrate. After a homemade Omnichord performance of her original song "My High Gummygirl" went viral, Schorr has built a devoted online community of more than 750,000 followers, with fans including SZA, Rosalía, Aurora, and Marina, and every other cool girl with short bangs and great vintage fit.

Produced by indie favorite Jay Som, her forthcoming album GLIDER pairs shimmering dream pop with emotionally rich songwriting that explores love, longing, and Bad Dads. The album features artists ranging from Missy Dabice of Mannequin Pussy to Yumi Zouma to Jay Som herself.

Following praise from Anthony Fantano and editorial support from Spotify, Apple Music, and TIDAL, Blond in Car is showing the world a new way to be a fun, joyous, aspirational grown-up who makes blissfully poignant, retro-modern pop classics.

For these special album release shows, Blond in Car will be playing the full GLIDER album, in order, from start to finish.
