Master Peace

Peace Okezie, the creative force behind Master Peace, is the product of a cultural collision that’s uniquely his own. Raised between indie discos, grime cyphers, and FIFA soundtracks (which he now finds himself featured on), his makeup is one of contrast and conviction. Master Peace’s 2024 debut How To Make A Master Peace earned him an Ivor Novello Rising Star Award, Zane Lowe recognition, MTV Push honors, a Rolling Stone nomination, Glastonbury stages and support slots with Franz Ferdinand, The Streets & AJ Tracey. His last EP Stupid Kids celebrated resilience and a rejection of doubt with the same playful, indie-soaked signature sound. Peace’s new era, if i don’t love you, who will ? builds on the foundations laid by ‘Stupid Kids,’ but points toward an artist growing increasingly confident in every aspect of his identity. Sonically adventurous, turning introspection into empowerment, and instinctively entertaining, this record moves beyond where Master Peace has ever been before.
