The World Culture Festival – Karachi 2026 presents the voice of a generation, Sajjad Ali, live in concert on 22 November 2026 at 8:00 PM at the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi.

As Pakistan welcomes 1,000+ artists from more than 150 countries for this landmark celebration of international cultural exchange, the World Culture Festival – Karachi 2026 brings audiences an evening with one of Pakistan’s most distinctive and enduring musical voices.

Sajjad Ali has been a defining presence in Pakistani music for nearly five decades. Classically trained and rooted in the Kasur Patiala tradition, he began his recording career as a young musician before emerging as a pop icon with songs such as “Babia,” “Chief Saab” and “Sohni Lag Di.” His ability to move between classical, semi-classical and contemporary pop, combined with his distinctive voice and songwriting, has made his music resonate across generations.
